Italy: Shipping is free for orders from €90. For orders below €90 the cost is €9.
Europe: Shipping to European Union countries costs €19 per order.
Other Countries: Shipping to any other country costs €39, excluding customs duties, which are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
Return Conditions
You can return the product you received and choose a new one within 14 days of the purchase date.
The difference will be charged or refunded depending on the product you wish to receive in exchange.
You will be charged only the shipping costs for the collection of the order; if the product is defective, shipping is free.
Returns must be made following these steps:
The product and its packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received;
Place the warranty inside the envelope;
Product and warranty must be placed inside the shopping bag and, if possible, the postal envelope you received.
