To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Tex Willer Eberhard & Co. presents “Chrono 4 Pards”. The protagonists of the series are the four
“Pards”, the heroes of the legendary cartoon – Tex Willer, Kit Carson, Kit Willer and Tiger Jack – who are portrayed on
meters of minutes, hours, 24 hours and small seconds of the three models in which “Chrono 4 Pards” is declined.
In the collection the stylistic elements linked to Tex are taken from the drawing of quadrants to the
color choices of the same, as well as lunettes and straps. Feature common to the three versions is
the dial, which presents the background with the classic profile of American deserts (declined in different colors)
and the four Pards immortalized on each counter: the counter dedicated to Tex Willer marks the time with a
yellow hand, typical color of his jacket.
“Chrono 4 Pards” is a collection of “Chrono 4,” chronograph strongly recognizable and representative
for Eberhard & Co., the first in the history of watchmaking to have four meters aligned horizontally
thanks to a revolutionary patented device.
This version is made in limited edition at 150 copies.
We guarantee your Eberhard & Co. is free from any defect of material or fabrication, for a period of time
24 months within the limits of correct and normal use.
The guarantee excludes:
• damage, even indirect, due to impacts or falls or incorrect use of the watch
• the strap, glass and all parts consumed by the normal use of the watch
• watches with abrasive or altered reference or registration or without Shield Card regularly activated
• interventions on watches and bracelets carried out by unauthorized personnel or alterations of the watch
compared to its original configuration
• damage caused by failure to verify the water resistance
• any postal and insurance costs.

The recommended period for the control and revision of the mechanism is on average every 3 years depending on
conditions in which it is used.
FEATURES
Automatic mechanical chronograph with exclusive Eberhard & Co device. with 4 meters
online. The crown is waterproof screw, the sapphire bombed glass, the bottom case is tightened by 6 screws and
customised with the names of the 4 Pards.
The particular skeletal hands and the “appliques” hour markers are highlighted by bright points for
allow night visibility.
The available version of the collection is:
– Stainless steel case with black ceramic bezel, with vintage leather strap and steel buckle
custom E&C.
The water resistance is guaranteed to a pressure of 50 m.

USE OF CORONA
IMPORTANT
To close the crown press slightly against the case by turning it clockwise until screwing it
completely.
POSITION A – Crown screwed, water resistance guaranteed.
POSITION B – CARICA DELL’WATCH – To unscrew the crown rotate it in the sense
anti-clockwise. When the crown is unscrewed, turning it clockwise
will transmit the manual charge to the movement. In case your
“Chrono 4 Pards” has not been brought to the wrist for a long time,
the automatic movement will have to be loaded manually. In such cases
way you will immediately get a power reserve and maximum
precision of operation.
POSITION C – RAPIDA REGULATION OF DATA – Extract the crown to the first
snap. Rotating the crown counterclockwise, act on the indicator
of the date.
IMPORTANT: the date correction should not be made between
22:00 and 1:00 in the morning.
POSITION D – REGULATION OF THE NOW – Extract the crown until the second shot.
In this position you will act on the adjustment of hours and minutes.
INSTRUMENTS FOR THE FUNCTION OF CRONOGRAPHS
The first pressure on the A button puts the chronograph device into operation. With a second
pressure stops the device. This allows reading of seconds G, minutes H and hours I spent. With
a new pressure the device departs after the intermediate stop. For the remittance to zero, the chronograph
will have to be in stop position and pressing the second button B all hands will return
on zero. It is recommended not to always keep the chronograph system device running.
PULS
The buttons must be operated in the following order:
A : departure
A : arrest
B : zero remittance
It is recommended to follow this order, in order to avoid damage to the mechanism. We recommend not
operate the buttons in the water. The water resistance is only guaranteed under normal conditions.
The subdivision of the outer margin of the dial provides the data to determine the speed of a
vehicle on a distance of 1000 meters. When the vehicle passes in front of the first indication
which delimits the distance (1000 meters), operate the chronograph hand G and stop it when the vehicle
will pass in front of the second indication. The G hand will indicate the average speed supported in Km/
now at the tachymetric scale. Example: If a kilometer is routed in 45 seconds, the
average speed marked by the central hand of the second G on the tachymetric scale is 80 Km per hour.
CARE OF WATCHES IMPERMEABILITY
The model “Chrono 4 Pards” can be used in water or in the shower but is not intended for activity of
Apnea, diving or underwater. Important: it is recommended to check the correct tightening of the crown before
any contact with water. Do not operate the buttons or manipulate the crown when the watch is in water
or is wet. After use in sea water, rinse the watch with fresh water. It is recommended not
exposing the watch to high thermal shocks and it is recommended to test the water resistance every year at a
our qualified technical assistance center to verify the need to replace the seals.
