Shipping & Delivery Times

Italy and Europe: When you complete your order you will receive a summary email, then another email confirming dispatch. You will receive the parcel within 48 working hours after that email.

Other Countries: Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, from 7 to 14 days. We will keep you personally and constantly updated on the tracking of the destination address.

If your order takes more than 15 days to arrive, do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Costs

Italy: Shipping is free for orders from €90. For orders below €90 the cost is €9.

Europe: Shipping to European Union countries costs €19 per order.

Other Countries: Shipping to any other country costs €39, excluding customs duties, which are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Conditions

You can return the product you received and choose a new one within 14 days of the purchase date.

The difference will be charged or refunded depending on the product you wish to receive in exchange.

You will be charged only the shipping costs for the collection of the order; if the product is defective, shipping is free.

Returns must be made following these steps:

1. The product and its packaging must be in the same condition in which they were received;
2. Place the warranty inside the envelope;
3. Product and warranty must be placed inside the shopping bag and, if possible, the postal envelope you received.

Returns can be made only within 14 days of the purchase date; only the shipping costs will be charged.

Refund

If you have made a return, the refund will be issued within 14 days from the date the parcel is handed to the courier.

When we receive your return at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email.

The standard shipping cost will not be refunded, except when the product is defective.
